BREAKING: Kneeling NFL Thug Presses Charges Against Disabled Vet For ‘Assault’

Brian Ashley, who lost two legs and a hand to a rocket while he was relieving himself in Fallujah, is now looking at having a criminal record for — of all things — assault and battery.

Ashley, who was a guest of the New Orleans Saints this afternoon on the field for their game against Oakland, was overcome with emotion during the national anthem when he just couldn’t help it anymore. He crushed the paper Gatorade cup he was drinking from and threw it linebacker Ladarian Delmington, hitting him in the back of the head.

Delmington, being held back by his teammates from starting a fight with a paraplegic, shouted to security to have Ashley removed. That’s where the wounded vet thought it had ended. He told LLOD correspondent Art Tubolls:

” I was escorted to the handicapped seating area off the field toi enjoy the game. After about ten minutes, two policeman came and explained that they had to arrest me, as Delmington was pressing assault charges. I mean…I hit a guy in full football gear with a crushed paper cup. Now I will have a criminal record.”

Pretty ironic, isn’t it? The very guy the thug was disrespecting will now get to live the life that the same thug would be if he wasn’t allowed to play football. Sometimes this country is just sick.
